2.5 oz bourbon
.5 oz pure maple syrup
.5 oz vanilla syrup
1 tbsp sweet potato puree
whipped cream
cinnamon
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine bourbon, maple syrup, vanilla syrup, and sweet potato puree.
Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
