Make It Work

2 oz whiskey
1-2 teaspoons simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
orange peel
large ice cube

Combine simple syrup, bitters, and whiskey into a small glass. Stir well then add 1 extra large ice cube. Stir again to chill then garnish with a peel of orange.
